Well maintained rail trail where they bussed us out to the start and ran us back into town. First half is gradual uphill and 2nd half is downhill. It was cool at the start 50 ish but warmed up quickly. I had a 11 minute bathroom brake and started walking thru the water stations about 20 miles. I thought I could run 3:40 but being on the road for a few days and not eating properly I wasn’t ready to run. I was able to maintain on the downhill half as I sucked down massive amounts of Powerade for calories.
