Married to my wife Betty for over 30 years. My main run support as she really helps out on the 100 mile races. Retired from DoD, spent 4 years in the Marines
Easy out and back on Draper lake dirt road. A lot of wet mud spot to get by. 80ish before it was all over with not much wind. I carried a 20 ounce bottle for hydration. 8:33 pace
Morning weights before heading out to Draper mountain bike trails for a 10 mile run. 3 mile laps to accommodate water intake for the hot day. 8:40 pace
Nice easy trail run on the single track at Draper mountain bike trails. Hot humid and windy just as expected for this time of year. Garmin has really been hard on me today and past week on treadmill accuracy has been suspect for whatever reasons
